Blocks Manager (Admin Panel)

The Admin Panel (Blocks Manager) provides a centralized dashboard to manage all Gutenberg blocks and addons. It allows you to enable or disable individual blocks, keeping your editor clean and optimizing your website’s performance by only loading the resources you actually use.

How to access

  • Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
  • In the sidebar menu, click on the “Blocks and Addons” option.
  • This will open the general settings panel where you can manage your blocks.

General settings

  • Active Blocks Checkboxes: Under the General tab, you will see a list of all available WPMozo Gutenberg blocks with checkboxes next to them.
  • Enable Blocks: Mark the checkboxes next to the blocks you want to make available in the Gutenberg block editor.
  • Disable Blocks: Uncheck the blocks you do not wish to use. This disables them in the editor and prevents their files from loading on the page.
  • Save Options: Click the **”Save”** button at the bottom of the page to apply your settings.

Pro Tip: For optimal page load speeds, audit your active blocks periodically. Uncheck any blocks that you are not actively using on your website. This reduces the number of CSS/JS assets that load on your pages, improving page speed.
