Facebook Share Button

The Facebook Share Block is a free Gunterberg block lets you add a share button to your website so visitors can quickly share your content on their Facebook accounts. This makes it easy to boost engagement and increase reach for your posts, pages, and articles. You can fully customize the button’s layout, size, and alignment to fit your site’s design.

Adding the block

To add the block:

• Click the “+” button to add a new block.
• Search for “Facebook Share Button” and select it.

General settings

Configuration

• Facebook App ID – Enter your Facebook App ID to connect the block with your Facebook app.
• Page URL – Add the URL of the page or content you want users to share.
• Enable Lazy Loading – Delay the loading of the share button until it comes into view, helping improve site performance.

Display settings

• Layout – Choose how the share button will look:
  • Button – Simple share button.
  • Button Count – Shows the button with a share count beside it.
  • Box Count – Displays the share count above the button.
• Button Size – Select the size of the share button:
  • Small
  • Large
