Alert Box
The Alert Box widget is a perfect way to display important announcements, warnings, or notifications on your website in a way that catches the eye without being intrusive.
This widget comes free with WPMozo Addons Lite. To use it, simply install and activate the free version of plugin.
Overview
Alert boxes are essential for communicating with your visitors. Whether it’s a success message after a form submission or a critical update, this widget gives you full control over the look and feel of your notifications, including icons, images, and close buttons.
How to use
- Locate the “Alert Box” widget in your Elementor sidebar.
- Add it to your page and enter your alert title and message.
- Choose between an icon or a thumbnail image for the alert.
- Configure the display settings like the close button and call-to-action button.
Content settings
- Alert Message: Enter the title and description text for your alert notification.
- Media Type: Toggle between using a FontAwesome icon or a custom thumbnail image.
- Action Button: Add a Call-to-Action button with custom text and a link.
- Close Button: Enable the close icon to allow users to dismiss the alert.
Style settings
Title text
Customize the look and feel of the alert heading.
- Heading Level: Choose the HTML tag (H1-H6) for your title.
- Color & Typography: Set colors for normal and hover states, and choose fonts.
- Text Shadow: Add shadow effects to the title text.
- Alignment: Align the title to the left, center, or right.
Description text
Style the detailed message text within the alert box.
- Color & Typography: Fully customize the font and color of the description.
- Text Shadow: Apply a shadow effect for better readability if needed.
- Alignment: Set the text alignment for different devices.
Action button
These settings are available if you have enabled the Alert Button.
- Custom Style: Toggle to use custom styling for the button.
- Icon Styling: Add and style an icon for the button (color, position, etc.).
- Background & Border: Set custom background colors, gradients, and borders.
- Typography: Choose the font and size for the button text.
- Padding & Radius: Control the button’s shape and internal spacing.
Alert container
Style the main box that wraps all the alert content.
- Background: Apply classic colors or gradients to the box.
- Border & Shadow: Add borders and box shadows for a premium look.
- Padding & Margin: Control the internal and external spacing of the alert box.
